Cancellation Policy
Please notify your stylist/provider 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your style session/appointment. There is no charge for canceling your appointment, as we do not require a credit card to schedule your appointment. However, just out of common courtesy we like to know in advance if you need to cancel. After four cancellations you will no longer be allowed to book online. Thank you so much for your understanding .
