Please notify your stylist/provider 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your style session/appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. For all no-show appointments your card will be charged in full and is nonrefundable. Reschedule session/appointment must be scheduled within one week of initial style session/appointment. If the client is not able to reschedule within the policy timeframe, the client will be refunded half price that was initially paid for the service.
